step up and serve...VOTE TODAY!

veteran's heart
use your vote
and let it
be your
VOICE!
collectively, we can be heard.

and yes, it is that simple...

p l e a s e
take the time to vote.

it is but
a small gesture of thanks
we can gift to the men and women serving in the us armed forces, along with the many veterans,
who have sacrificed
so much
so that we can enjoy
on a daily basis
a bountiful
of blessings.

"take care of mommy while i'm gone little man...""o.k. daddy!"
it is not only your privilege,
but your responsibility.

it is your turn,
step up and serve,
VOTE TODAY!

bad politicians are sent to Washington
(or put in local/state office) by good  people who don't vote."

Yes, do not underestimate the difference you can make by voting. I know it feels like one vote is pointless, but if everyone who doesn't normally vote decided to vote, we would have a much healthier democracy. Politicians would be held more accountable. If you don't like the job they're doing, remember that their is held in place by only one thing, the people who vote, or don't vote. Besides writing your elected officials to threaten them by voting for their opposition, an election is one of the few times you can make a difference. People have died to protect your right to vote and your freedoms. While at times you might not feel free, the alternative is much worse. Look at life in countries who do not have the same rights as we. Imagine if the Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments to the constitution) didn't exist. While we the people know our system has its problems and there is corruption, dishonesty, and incompetence in all branches of government, in some countries saying so will allow you to have your head separated from your neck without a trial; Praying to your God or gods will get you imprisoned; you will read news approved by the government and there would be no such thing as independent or semi-independent journalism, and you wouldn't have the right to criticize media bias.

So I'm a day late, but maybe next time, eh?

very well information you write it very

clean. I'm very lucky to get this information from you.

have a little faith in me: john hiatt

When the road gets dark
And you can no longer see
Just let my love throw a spark
And have a little faith in me
And when the tears you cry
Are all you can believe
Just give these loving arms a try
And have a little faith in me

Have a little faith in me
Have a little faith in me

And when your secret heart
Cannot speak so easily
Come here darling, from a whisper start
And have a little faith in me
And when your back’s against the wall
Just turn around and you, you will see
I will catch you, I will catch your fall
Just have a little faith in me

Have a little faith in me
Have a little faith in me

‘Cause I’ve been loving you, for such a long, long time
Expecting nothing in return
Just for you to have a little faith in me
You see time, time is our friend
‘Cause for us, there is no end
And all you gotta do, is have a little faith in me
I will hold you up, I will hold you up
And your love, gives me strength enough to
Have a little faith in me
Hey hey
All you gotta do for me girl
Is have a little faith in me
