| reach out and heART someone |
i'm excited that a new year is here. but the way i celebrate the arrival of a new year is now different.
in the past i would have seen the arrival of 2011 as an opportunity...a new beginning of sorts...another calendar year promising a chance for me to list things i'd like to do, accomplish, change about me...
but i have realized, that i don't need a new calendar year to start such changes. i just need the moment, now. and in the moment i need to recognize what i am doing, my attitude and what i can do to change so i can move forward.
it is really that simple.
granted, i'm not all that and then some...so i'm not totally there yet, but i do know i can start a new beginning with the next breath i take.
in this moment of now, i choose to reach out and heART someone. so, i'll be in my studio madly creating...be talking to you guys again soon... :)
