take a breath

breathe

yes, i'm revisiting this theme and 

just in time for the new year...

breathing is important

taking the time to relax,

sit back and chill is so under-rated

sucking air is probably the single most important

new year's resolutions i can think of

if i do nothing else in the coming year

but constantly remind myself to

stop                

and 

                        breathe
